Dr. Ramont Mittchell is a leadership scholar, researcher, entrepreneur, and practitioner whose doctoral research examines how self-efficacy, psychological safety, and identity influence the development of self-leadership. This research forms the foundation of his work with leaders and organizations—helping them strengthen the internal capacity behind how people think, decide, influence, adapt, and lead.
